About Us

ZiaPartners, Inc. is a behavioral health and health and human service system development team that specializes in improving services for adults, children, and families with complex needs.  ZiaPartners brings the very best of systems change knowledge to health and behavioral health to “Change the World” for people in need.  Our vision is that people and families are welcomed for care, inspired with hope, and engaged in effective partnerships so that they achieve their own vision of health, happiness, and lives in recovery.

Our founders are Christie A. Cline, MD, MBA, and Kenneth Minkoff, MD.  Collectively, Dr. Cline and Dr. Minkoff have developed an internationally recognized approach to system-wide assessment, planning and implementation of system integration called the Comprehensive Continuous Integrated System of Care (CCISC). CCISC has been implemented and is currently underway in states across the US and in Canada. ZiaPartners engages in large-scale system change projects, including short-term evaluation and initiation activities and longer-term multi-year implementation projects.
